Chickenpox....

Almost 3 weeks ago I went for my yearly checkup at the OBGYN and found out later that week that I have never had the Chickenpox. My mom made sure I played with plenty of other children who had them so we were certain that I might have had a mild case of them back in the day. Well we were both wrong!?!?!?!?! So Hunter and I had to decide if I should go ahead and get vaccinated or take a chance and get them later on down the road (if ever for some people) which would not be a good...especially if we are planning to get pregnant whenever that day may be???

So we made a decision and I got the Chickenpox Vaccine yesterday. I hope I don't break out but the doctor said that if I do then it should be a very mild case. Anyway, I am glad I had them check to see if I had ever had them bc if I would have been pregnant it would have been fatal to the baby. Other than that everything is going really well:)
